I started taking man up about 3 weeks ago, after my back operation. I never take supplements but, i do feel like these do give me a boost of energy, some more oomph in the mornings. I mean I have had 4 back operations and this one defiantly feels a bit easier not the pain but just being able to get up and go on with my day, not saying its these pills but who knows.

The packaging makes for almost impossible reading of the ingredients etc.
I was already taking magnesium, zinc and minerals so not sure if I feel any difference. It’s just easier to have them in one at this stage.
